I had a marvelous time at tempestteapot's Meet 'n Sniff on Sunday. Met two new friends, had a nice relaxed talk-and-laugh and of course got to try oodles of scents I hadn't yet had the chance to sample. Then, one day, one email - and it's done. In the blink of an eye, money flies from your account toward California. It's like nothing happened.

So, I accidentially bid $35 GBP thinking it was USD on a bottle of Snake Charmer. Uh, oops?
